Following the release of the SACE results and Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) scores, we extend our congratulations to Zara Heritage as Dux of the College with an ATAR of 96.45 and Geri Tschirner who obtained an ATAR of 94.65.
We are pleased that 44% of all the grades obtained were in the ‘A’ grade band, which is an impressive achievement. 100% of the grades awarded to our Year 12 students were ‘C’ grade or better.
It is outstanding that 26% of students eligible for an ATAR achieved over 90. This also included six A+ grades and one Merit. In total, 53% of our student cohort achieved an ATAR over 80. These results are the students raw score and do not include the University Equity Scheme bonus points.
At Caritas College, we are dedicated to nurturing diverse pathways, so we acknowledge those students who have achieved great success in their learning and personal development, which is not always reflected in an ATAR score.
Over 35% of our Year 12 students successfully completed their SACE taking advantage of a vocational educational training (VET) pathway. We congratulate those students who have been successful in securing a traineeship, apprenticeship or employment as a result of their VET pathway.
We would also like to acknowledge the teaching and non-teaching staff who have played an essential role in nurturing and supporting our students to develop a love of learning. Students, families and staff can together be very proud of these individual and collective achievements.
We congratulate the students and their families on these exceptional SACE results and wish them all the best with their future endeavours.
