If your child is going to be absent, please SMS student name, date and reason.
If your child is marked 'Unexplained' at rollcall, an SMS will be automatically sent to the designated mobile number at approximately 9.30am. You will be required to please reply SMS student name / reason (ie medical, family) in order for our records to be updated.
LEAVING EARLY OR ARRIVING LATE
If your child/children will be leaving early or arriving late to school, please advise their home room teacher via a note or by using the SMS number. All students are required to sign in/out via the front office when leaving throughout the day and when arriving late.
Parents who need to collect their child/children outside of normal school hours are asked to check in at the front office to wait for them to sign out.
STUDENT EXEMPTION
If your child will be absent from school for an extended period of time, you must complete and lodge an Application for Exemption Form. Such exemptions from attendance of school are approved from the College Principal, and in some cases the Director of Catholic Education South Australia.
